Care Worker

As a Care Worker with CareTech UK, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and personal care.
- Assist with social events and activities to promote social interaction and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual support plans.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with vulnerable adults and commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
