Experienced Joinery and Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality joinery services across various projects;
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project deadlines;
Conduct site visits and assessments to identify areas for improvement;
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in social housing;
NVQ certification preferred;
Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points;
DBS required;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Competency in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.
Salary and Benefits:
An estimated salary of £20 per hour;
