About the Role

You'll be part of a dynamic team of healthcare accounting experts, providing top-tier accountancy, taxation, and business support services to medical professionals. Our team is proud members of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA), offering sector-specific insights and expertise.

  • Manage and develop relationships with your own client portfolio, attending client meetings and delivering exceptional service.
  • Review accounts and tax computations, overseeing and delegating work to junior team members.
  • Assist with the development and training of trainees, reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback.
  • Manage deadlines, budgets, and client billing processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior managers to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Expand your expertise through comprehensive healthcare-related training and development programs.
  • Engage in networking and business development opportunities, where desired.

What We're Looking For

  • Part Qualified/Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant or equivalent experience within UK practice.
  • Solid experience preparing accounts and tax returns for both unincorporated and corporate clients.
  • Proven experience managing staff and training junior team members.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sage, and Xero.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate when engaging with diverse clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
