Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and caring individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the young people in our care, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Safeguard the young people in our care, adhering to our robust safeguarding processes and procedures.
  • Promote the education and independence of our young people, helping them to develop essential life skills.
  • Undertake relevant training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Accurately record incidents and report writing, maintaining high standards of documentation.
  • Support your team, working collaboratively to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience supporting children, or a passion for working with children
  • Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People is desirable, but not essential – we offer support for your qualification
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or evidence of being on the update service
