Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Total Care Matters Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the daily lives of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive living environment, adhering to our high standards of care and safeguarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities, promoting social skills, independence, and personal growth.
  • Accurately record and report incidents, ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be eligible to work in the UK. Ideally, you will have experience supporting children, but we are happy to support you through your L3, L4, or L5 qualification. Please note that all successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or provide evidence that they are on the update service.
