Job Description

Invigorate Recruitment is seeking a Credit Controller/Administrator to join our finance team in York.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debts, providing administrative support, and working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure efficient processing of accounts functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing debtor relationships to collect outstanding debts
  • Following up on payments and responding to client inquiries
  • Coordinating with the Account Management Team to agree repayment plans
  • Processing receipts and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing cover within the Finance Team and ensuring monthly processing deadlines are met

About You

  • Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Great communication skills with a friendly and flexible approach
  • Excellent customer relations skills and professional telephone manner

Salary Range: £25k-£30k per annum

Working Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-4pm Fri
