Job Title: Debt Recovery Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time role)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Feefo Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our Credit Control department, you will be responsible for assisting with the timely collection of payments from our diverse customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. You will have prior experience in a Credit Control position in a SME environment, with a proven track record of resolving billing and customer credit issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contact customers by phone to chase outstanding debt and resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Process payments and refunds, update account status records, and respond promptly to client emails.
  • Liaise with other teams to advise of customer account status and report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Credit Control position in a SME environment is required.
  • Confidence on the phone, making high-volume calls, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary, as well as the ability to manage your own caseload and organize your time effectively.
  • A good knowledge of accounting and CRM systems is also necessary.
Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid working pattern, with Monday and Fridays spent working from home, and Tuesday to Thursday in the office.
