We are currently seeking a skilled Risk and Governance Manager to join our team, who will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and developing effective risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and governance frameworks.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk/Governance Management.
- Excellent knowledge of the Property/Housing industry.
- Significant experience working with property regulatory bodies.
- A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days after 3 years service)

- Company pension (3% employee contribution)
