In-House Property Law Specialist

- Manage voluntary and statutory residential lease extensions on behalf of our Group companies
- Handle non-contentious elements of leasehold enfranchisement matters
- Support the long leasehold property manager with the preparation, review, and completion of deeds of variation
- Deal with the disposal of some of our retained landholdings
- Liaise with leaseholders, their solicitors, and other relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with current and upcoming legislation
