About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Night Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate Your Team: You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all hotel departments are working together seamlessly.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: You will need to think on your feet and be able to proactively solve problems that may arise during the night.
  • Brand Standards and Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations meet our high brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Relationship Building: You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with all departments, including front of house, housekeeping, and maintenance.

  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: You will need to be able to think on your feet and be able to proactively solve problems that may arise during the night.
