Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Construkt RS Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the low/zero carbon and sustainable retrofit solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new sales leads
- Work with technical colleagues to develop opportunities to successful closure
- Build strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
- Develop, maintain, and report on a pipeline through our CRM, Hubspot
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for or interest in the sustainability sector
- Have completed professional sales training, such as Sandler
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Be resilient with a positive mindset
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have good organisational skills
About Us:
We offer a full range of energy and water reduction services from initial consultancy through to final project delivery. Our clients range from prestigious names in hospitality, education, horticulture, and agriculture to local authorities and SMEs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 PA (depending on experience)
