Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hotel food and beverage team, you will be responsible for setting up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met. You will serve as the face of the business, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and maintaining its brand reputation by delivering exceptional hospitality service.
You will engage with our guests, take their food and beverage orders, use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on their face. Our hotel's Academy conference centre boasts 10 meeting rooms, making it an ideal location for corporate events, while the extensive health & fitness club ensures guests can maintain their fitness routine while staying with us.
As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be part of our vibrant team, working together to deliver unforgettable hospitality experiences. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience, and we encourage you to bring your unique personality to the role.
