This dynamic role involves managing large-scale events, match day hospitality, and catering operations. The successful candidate will have a background in stadium or conference-related hospitality and experience managing large-scale events.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver high-quality service consistently.

Main Objectives
  • Deliver high-quality catering services to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and accountancy, staying within budgeted levels.
  • Lead and motivate a team of catering employees to perform their roles to a high standard.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours, free parking, and access to ongoing training and development programs.
