Safety and Training Delivery Lead

Red Sky Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Training Delivery Lead to join our team at Heathrow Airport.
This is a key role that requires a strong focus on ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with our operations team to identify and address safety concerns, and provide training and support to employees to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and improve safety procedures
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Work closely with the operations team to identify and address safety concerns
- Monitor and report on safety performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with operations team to identify and address safety concerns
- Ability to provide training and support to employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- ISOH Managing Safety or equivalent qualification
- Professional training qualification or equivalent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730 hours
Location: Heathrow Airport
