Safety and Training Delivery Lead

Red Sky Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Training Delivery Lead to join our team at Heathrow Airport.

This role is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients by undertaking audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, providing training, and promoting a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with stated aims and safety regulations
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and incidents
  • Collaborate with the safety team to identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Conduct investigations into incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to undertake airside driver training
  • ISOH Managing Safety qualification or willingness to work towards within 12 months
  • NEBOSH or willingness to work towards
  • Professional training qualification or willingness to work towards within 12 months
