Safety and Training Delivery Lead

Red Sky Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Training Delivery Lead to join our team at Heathrow Airport.

This role is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients by undertaking audits and reviews, monitoring policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations managers to investigate incidents and near misses, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety inspections, audits, and training
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
