About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sneaker Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including new releases and trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results through interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
