Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the right product for their needs.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring that all details are correct and that customers receive their products on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and that the store is well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when processing customer orders.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
