We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and experienced professional to lead and inspire our team at a children's residential home in Middlesex. As a Residential Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining the smooth and effective running of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining the smooth and effective running of the home.
  • Lead by example, managing and guiding the team to deliver exceptional care to children and young people.
  • Support children's physical, psychological, and emotional development in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Ensure the home complies with regulatory requirements, including Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
