About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to advance your career in childrens residential care while making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people.

The role involves assisting the Registered Manager in maintaining the home, leading by example, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also support childrens development and well-being, and step into the Managers role during absences.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a childrens home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Strong understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
