About the Role:

This Housing Assets Inspector position at IRIS Recruitment involves conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assets and Contracts Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve property condition.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and disrepair issues promptly and fairly.
  • Monitor contractors' performance, ensuring they adhere to health and safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent inspection and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £38,500.
