Role Overview

The role of a Senior Payroll Advisor is to provide expert support to clients and colleagues on payroll-related queries.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer multiple client payrolls with accuracy and efficiency, meeting strict deadlines.
  2. Apply your in-depth knowledge of statutory payroll legislation to handle complex manual calculations.
  3. Build strong relationships by providing expert support to clients and colleagues on payroll-related queries.
  4. Oversee auto-enrolment compliance, including liaising with various pension providers to ensure seamless processes.
  5. E nsure accurate and timely invoicing for all client services.
  6. Identify potential issues and collaborate with the Payroll Manager to maintain proactive client communication.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
  3. Strong understanding of payroll procedures and legislation.
