We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people in the Crawley area.
The home is a small, beautiful setting that provides person-centered care to residents with dementia. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care and achieving outstanding results.
We are looking for a qualified Registered Manager with prior experience in older people or dementia care homes. You will have a strong background in staff management, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Manage staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
