Job Title: National Lift Manager

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Lift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering lift engineering works across our estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver lift engineering works across our estate, ensuring compliance with customer and company Health & Safety Requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal teams, and approved sub-contractors.
  • Ensure effective management of all approved contractors, including effective two-way communication and adherence to company and customer standards.
  • Provide technical support to Divisional Operations Managers, AEM, and Customer, as required.
  • Identify and deliver business development opportunities within budget to fund additional services to the customer.
  • Manage capital plans and projects jointly with the Customer and designated Manager, ensuring they are completed to specification and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, ideally NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Lift engineering.
  • A working knowledge of the maintenance service within the FM industry, with previous working knowledge of a multi-client contracted environment being desirable.
  • Strong PC literacy, with experience in extracting, collating, and presenting performance data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation, and project management skills.
