About This Role

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Seasonal Assistants. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience during the festive period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Pick and prepare orders for home delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of store appearance and operations.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
  • An estimated hourly rate of £13.15 (increasing to £14.45 for stores inside the M25) plus an additional night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am.
  • A minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours.
