**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in St Austell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, empowering them to live independently and make their own choices.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, washing, and personal care
  • Assist with managing finances, supporting with medication, attending doctor/hospital appointments, shopping, and socialising
  • Develop strong relationships with service users, promoting independence and dignity

**Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support and services

**Benefits:**

  • $12.00 per hour with an additional payment of $62 per sleep-in
  • 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time)
