About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a vital role in evaluating the functional capacity of individuals with disabilities and health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities and health conditions, using your expertise to evaluate their functional capacity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports, detailing your findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback to individuals, explaining the results of their assessment and any recommendations for support.
Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with a valid registration on the NMC.
  • At least one year of post-qualification experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to use digital tools to support assessment and reporting.
