We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals with a range of health conditions and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments to gather information about an individual's health condition and disability.
- Review medical records and other relevant documentation to inform your assessment.
- Use your expertise to make informed decisions about an individual's functional ability.
- Produce comprehensive reports that detail your findings and recommendations.
- Qualified nurse with a valid registration on the NMC.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT literacy and ability to use digital tools.
- A competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £41,500, plus a 5% retention bonus.
- Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and office work.
- 12 weeks of comprehensive training and support.
