Job Title: Healthcare Professional - Functional Assessor

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals with various health conditions and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments with a caring and professional approach
- Delve into complex medical information to make equitable decisions
- Craft concise and comprehensive reports
- Share insights and feedback to enhance the assessment process

Requirements:
- Qualified nurse with 1+ years of post-qualification experience
- Valid registration on NMC without restrictions
