Safeguarding Administrator/Coordinator

The East Sussex Fire Authority is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults, children, and young people. We are seeking a self-motivated and confident individual to assist in the coordination of safeguarding concerns within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate safeguarding referrals (child and adult) and responses from multi-agency conferences
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Prevention Department in delivering Thematic Plans/Annual Assessment of Risk and Safeguarding requirements
  • Communicate effectively with members of the public and Fire Service personnel
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and maintain accurate records
