Project Safety Lead Advisor (Rail) - Hertfordshire

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Safety Lead Advisor to join a global railway company based in Hertfordshire on a contract basis.

About the Role:
  • As a seasoned Safety professional, you will have extensive experience in safety quality management on rail construction or large infrastructure projects.
  • You will have a proven track record of managing quality and auditing within the sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • With a strong background in supporting major projects and collaborating with project teams, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on quality control and planning regarding safety on the company's activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in safety quality management on rail construction or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in managing quality and auditing within the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
