Project Safety Lead Advisor (Rail) - Hertfordshire

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Safety Lead Advisor to join their team based in Hertfordshire on a contract basis.

About the Role:

  • As a seasoned Safety professional, you will be responsible for ensuring safety quality management on rail construction or large infrastructure projects.
  • You will have a proven track record of managing quality and auditing within the sector, with a focus on supporting major projects and working with project teams.
  • This position will involve supporting the railway company with their quality control and planning regarding safety on their activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety plans and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in safety quality management on rail construction or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality and auditing principles within the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: This position will be based onsite in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and requires working 5 days a week.
