We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Energy Engineer to join our team at British Gas. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of smart meters across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Install smart meters in domestic properties, ensuring accurate and efficient installation processes.
- Diagnose and repair faults with smart meters, using your technical expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with our customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new installation and maintenance procedures, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic gas and electric meter installations.
- CCN1 or CMA1 & MET1 qualifications.
- A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
