About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher with Qualified Status to join our team at Selwyn Hall School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all allocated areas of the curriculum, motivating pupils through enthusiastic presentation, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure a high standard of education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach all allocated areas of the curriculum
  • Motivate pupils through enthusiastic presentation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure a high standard of education
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback
  • Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Maintain discipline within the classroom in line with our Behaviour Policy

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Successful Primary School Teaching experience
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, company pension, life assurance, and access to our employee discount scheme offering savings with over 740 retailers. The successful candidate will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which will be covered by Polaris.
