Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at City Football Group. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for delivering world-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our elite athletes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver physiotherapy services to individual players requiring dedicated rehabilitation, working closely with the rehabilitation strength and conditioning coach.
  2. Collaborate with other medical and broader multidisciplinary team staff to ensure effective rehabilitation programmes are devised and delivered.
  3. Provide physiotherapy services and development support to specific player groups during periods of group training.
  4. Assist in the development of evidence-led processes and pathways for all areas of Physiotherapy within CFG.
  5. Maintain detailed records of all medical actions in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical screening and injury profiling in the elite sporting population.
  • High level of assessment capability to identify impairments and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Strong coaching ability to engage players in their rehabilitation.
  • Foreign language skills or fluency (Spanish, Portuguese, French).
