About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team at TipTopJob. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic growth initiatives and promoting our advanced metal processing and fabrication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to drive business development initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  1. Laser Cutting Technologies: Drive adoption of Sheffield Technology's advanced laser cutting capabilities, including our 24kW laser cutting machine and fabrication.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  3. Partnership Development: Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market positioning and unlock growth opportunities.
  4. Communication Skills: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to secure new business and reinforce client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, laser cutting technologies, and metal fabrication. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus performance-based rewards and opportunities for professional advancement.
