Job Opportunity:
Queens Park Care is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join their team at a leading care home in Christchurch, Dorset. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the home's residents, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions, including dementia.

About the Role:
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding individualised nursing care and regularly update person-centred care plans. You will work within a team of amazing Nurses and Carers, promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with clinical skills and a valid NMC pin. You will be passionate about caring for the elderly and strive to provide great quality care, making every day better than the last. You will also be up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations.
