Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team at our Child and Family site in Barking. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by a diverse and multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Participate in and provide clinical supervision as required.
  • Participate in research within the practice, as appropriate.
  • Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers.

Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
