We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our clinical team in a primary care setting in Barking. As a Lead role, you will work closely with the GP team and assist with the management of Nurses within the practice.

The practice has a main site and a branch, and you will be required to work across both sites. You will be employed by the practice on a permanent basis, for up to full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seeing patients presenting with acute conditions and supporting the GPs with on-the-day cases
  • Working autonomously and prescriber
  • Mentoring other clinicians in the practice and an element of management
  • Working closely with the GPs in the practice for clinical and non-clinical decision making
Package and Benefits
  • Band 8a Salary (outer London higher cost supplement)
  • £56,000 - £62,000 depending on experience
  • NHS Pension
  • Continuity of service
  • 6 weeks of annual leave
Requirements
  • ANP or ACP registered with the UK NMC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Experience of working in a primary care setting
  • Certified in Minor Injuries and Minor Illnesses
