Job Role Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Senior Practitioner in the Living Well Gedling Team at Nottinghamshire County Council.

The role will involve multidisciplinary working, management of complex mental health cases, hospital discharges from acute psychiatric wards and some transforming lives work.

You will be skilled in strength-based approaches to embed the ethos of promoting independence and wellbeing in the prevention and delay for the need for ongoing care and support.

Vision and Objectives

  • Development, supervision, coaching and leadership of staff.
  • Leadership of the team duty and Safeguarding work.

Requirements

  • A Qualified Social Worker who is Practice Educator, BIA or AMHP qualified.
