Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dynamic team on Svanna Ward, a 12-bed PICU service for women. The successful candidate will work 38.5 hours a week, providing comprehensive care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and carers to promote recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Apply evidence-based interventions to address assessed needs.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous records and care plans.

Requirements
  • Current Pin Number and registration with the NMC.
  • Experience working in a PICU or similar setting.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
  • Commitment to patient recovery and empowerment.
