About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at Cygnet Hospital Beckton. As a key member of our Intensive Support Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and carers to motivate and influence their drive for recovery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of safe and clinically effective care.
  • Apply skilled and meaningful interventions based on assessed needs.
  • Maintain contemporaneous records and care plans for service users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current Pin Number.
  • The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
  • A commitment to patient recovery and effective risk management.
  • Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
