Primary SENCO Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Coordinator to join our team. As a primary SENCO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school's SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive appropriate, high-quality support.

The Job:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (EHCPs) for students with SEND.
- Provide staff training and guidance on SEND best practices to support whole-school inclusion.

Requirements:
- A qualified teacher status (QTS) and ideally hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (or a commitment to complete it).
- Proven experience working with primary-aged children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience with creating and implementing EHCP's.
