The Electronics Quality Control Manager will oversee daily quality operations for in-process work and ensure compliance with high-reliability manufacturing, testing, and inspection requirements.

About the Job:

  1. Lead quality reviews for new and existing products and qualifications.
  2. Develop and implement quality improvement plans to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to meet technical standards.
  4. Apply knowledge of quality standards such as MIL-PRF or MIL-STD.
  5. Support AS9100 compliant First Article Inspections and deliver 8D problem-resolution reports to customers.
  6. Drive control plan and FMEA improvements, promoting proactive quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Education: B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent).
  2. Experience: 5-10+ years in electronics/component quality, ideally within Military or Aerospace applications.
  3. Skills:
  • Strong understanding of component manufacturing and devices.
  • Expertise in statistical sampling, data analysis, and MIL standards.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and statistical tools.
  • Agile or SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

This role comes with a salary range of $100,000-$135,000 per year, based on experience. Qualified candidates must possess US Citizenship and be willing to travel occasionally.
