Job Description

  • Take responsibility for the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in month-end accounting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to produce year-end and half-year accounts, providing key insights into company performance.
  • Analyse cash flow trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising resource allocation.
  • Prioritise balance sheet management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage capital expenditure effectively, aligning spending with business objectives.
  • Contribute to budget development, incorporating market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Deliver variance analysis and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Key Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems.


AACACA CIMA qualifications are essential, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Advanced Excel skills are crucial, along with effective communication and staff management capabilities.
