Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administration and Finance Manager to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of the Depot Management team, you will support the Night-shift and Day-shift Managers in ensuring the smooth running of the Depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily, periodical analysis and reporting for all costs within the depot, generating and analyzing financial reports, and highlighting trends, poor practices, and risks. You will also collate, maintain, and submit relevant payroll timesheets within deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate Attendance Management by updating relevant systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Influence line managers to follow company processes and ensure best practice methods are followed, with reporting where these fail.
  • Manage and revisit local processes to create robust practices and reporting methodologies, aiming to reduce costs, improve people engagement, and ensure compliance with laws and business requirements.
  • Collate, maintain, and submit relevant payroll timesheets, updating GPHR10 accordingly within company deadlines.
