About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Nukasani Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex, large-scale, high-priority projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Develop and maintain standard project management artifacts, including WBS, risk assessments, project charter, RACIs, communication plan, schedule status reports, etc.
  • Align project deliverables and milestones with project strategy and objectives
  • Manage project resources, overseeing day-to-day task execution
  • Utilize system-based project management applications, including CTP Planview
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on technical project management experience, preferably managing Virginia state-level technology projects
  • Experience developing and documenting technical and business requirements
  • Project management leadership experience of cross-functional, matrixed teams
  • 3rd-party vendor management experience
  • Procurement experience, preferably associated with a Virginia state technology project
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (e.g., Test Plans, Test Scripts) and best practices
  • Knowledge of varied technologies, including COTS solutions, security best practices, cloud computing, and data management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • VITA PM Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
