About the RoleCornerstone Project Source is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, environment, and quality of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Environmental Management: Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure that our products and services meet the required standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits to ensure that our operations are in compliance with our policies and procedures, and provide regular reports to management.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, Internal Auditor, Environmental Certificate (IEMA), Lead Auditor, and experience with Lean Management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficient with Office software, experience in safety coaching and quality management, and experience in manufacturing or heavy industries.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role and 5+ years' experience in SHEQ management.
