We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at CastleView Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer queries are dealt with effectively, and capturing data to assist the management team in producing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Capture data from calls to assist the management team in producing reports and driving business decisions.
  • Discuss digital products and services with customers to enhance their digital lives and identify opportunities for growth.
