About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in Sunderland. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to customers over the phone, discussing how we can enhance their digital lives and recommend the right products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies to provide informed advice to customers.
